lol i don't really want to imagine what that even tastes like. I really prefer eating a well sized meal about an hour before my lift and i like caffeine so i have 2 cups of coffee before a workout especially if i am feeling laxidasical and out of it. My opinion if for you to just eat something high in protein and carbs and give it time to digest before you workout.

well your doing better then me im 19 and when i was 15 i was like 5'10 140 playing lacrosse, i got tossed around lol. With the carbs you can eat as much as you are comfortable with, your not in any danger of being fat or out of shape. Just eat carbs in good ratio try to keep it around 60-70% of a meal being carbs, 20-30% being protein and try to keep fat 10% or less. Your young and most likely enjoying a fast metabolism so take advantage and eat everything that comes in your path. Remember that the carbs and protein you get from whole food is always better then supps so don't try to make up for lunch and dinner with shakes.

That looks yummy, but I'd prefer whole foods. Here's my Preworkout meal: 2 1/2 cups shredded wheat a hugeass turkey sandwich on ww bread 2 scoops of whey in SKIM MILK On a side note, mixing peanut butter and oats would not be the best if your goals are to add lean mass. MOP

dont eat too many carbs before workout, you could get tired and lose motivation before hand
