| Guys it inevitable i go to one of the biggest party schools in New York and i drink pretty heavy it least 2 days a week (usually friday and saturday) I know its not good but you only live once and this is college, lol. Any advice to get that crap out of my body before i resume my lifts on the following monday? I only drink light beer but i don't think that makes that much of a difference. (I workout mon-fri.) :screwy: |

| I say, if you are trying to be competitive, then ask yourself "is the other guy drinking?" But if you just lift to assist yourself physically, then forget about it, have your fun. |

| lol in no way am i a competitor im just a normal 19 year old that works out to be in shape, and get big. Im not looking to win any competitions anytime in my life but just be bigger, and knowledgable in lifting then the average guy. |

| drinking will inhibit youre ability ot grow because it will interfere with you bodies ability to process protien but it all depens on ones goals if you palnned to comete definately cut it out and grow as much as u can if you even wanna look like the guy on the cover on menhealth drinknig will make it hard to reach that goal but in the end it's a personal decission. I boozed hard from 16-23... at my worst I drank 5 ot 6 nights a week averaging 20+ drinks a night drinking canadian beer which is 5% not like US beer. now it's outta my system and I have an occasion drink |

| I started lifint arond 18 never got serious about it till 23 |

| Yeah i guess i am underage for drinking but whoever said Steroids were legal? Even in Canada. I dont do them. Never will. :thumbs: |
