| i eat chicken drink milk not to much train hard but still have my lower belly i also lost 4 stone of fat but im left with stretchy skin and a little bit of fat at the bottom of my stomach how do i get rid of it and i am doing cardio.Also i am lifting heavy and not gaining much this is what i do: i do 50lb dumbell press for chest 2 sets of 4 reps 140lb benchpress but i swear it seems heavier than that 4 sets of 6 reps pec dec 80lbs 2 sets of 4 reps this for chest only and also i lift all this and my chest is still not pumped and these weights are heavy for me i need a real good plan for the gym and for my diet please any one who can take thge time to do so it would be really appreciated. and i look like this |

| u cant expect miracles to happen do stomach with ure work out i dont suggest doing it more then once a week becaue it to is a muscle that needs to be repaired. eat more protien keeplifting heavy You also cant fight genetic some poeple have them some dont everyone has a bad area you might want to do that bad area first day of ure routine so you cna exert the most energy into that area. ?? |
