| Im searching for a perfect diet im 18 205lb 6' icurrently eat pretty good morn whuites break prot oats lunc turkey wheat broclli pre steak ?\ post prot shake pbutter milk i got a watch and have an alarm go off every two hours im gonna add alot of chicken breasts and brown rice heres my plan meal 1/8whites 1full egg grnaols 6am 2chicken breast brown rice 8 3turkey wheat wrap broccli 12 4chicken breast brown rice 2pm 5chicken breast brown rice 4 6prot shake milk pbutter 6 7chicken breast brown rice 8pm I usually wake up at like 3.00 and need to eat what should i eat then.? am i incorporating to much chicken how do i add fats to my meals i dont rerally have much in any of them. i need some good advice on eating scheduals i figurd 8 meals would be dynomite ill def have over 270g prot easy. enougnh |

| at 3 in the morning I would add a shake. I would add some vegtables in there not just rice, and some healthy fats. switch the chicken on one or more of those meals to fish for the omega 3 fats. Also natural peanut butter is good for healthy fats also. You can put 2 tablespoons of some of that in a chocolate shake taste good. 8 egg whites is a litte much IMO, I hate eggs after eating them every morning, that's roughly 59g or protein right there . |
