| many factors come into play, years of experience, supplement regimen, training, and gear (if used). I wouldn't weigh every week either. Weigh once a month. Weighing to often can play with your mind because you can drop a lot of water weight from day to day. Weighing every month is a better judgement. I would say 2-4 kgs a month if everything is perfect, but then again it could be more or less based on many factors. |
