| I have been working out hard for a while now and I need a new diet because I know that my diet is very shi%*y. I am strong but I don't have the body percent fat that I want. I only eat about 3 times a day and sometimes my dinner ends up being late at night. I need a meal plan that can help me loose inches and get me more ripped than I am now. Because I also know that I need to eat more than 3 times a day. Any suggestions? |

| I think that may be the problem. Get some snacks in between meals to keep your metabolism going, and help minimize fat gain. :) MOP |
