| Hi all, I am recently getting back into footy after a long injury has kept me out. Anyway im about 5`10 and weigh about 70kg. How much weight do you think it is possible to put on per week. If of course,i was training hard, eating lots of "good" clean foods and what not?? Any ideas? |

| That and go by your strength as well. When I first started out, I was eating like crazy, training pretty hard, but all I was concentrating on was my weight. This resulted in me gaining a lot of fat, and my bodyfat rose to about 15-17% :( I then had to cut back down, weighing only 10 pounds moree than when I started, then bulk back up. Gains should come slowly, around 1lb a week. (I know it's supposed to be in kilograms, so I think it's like .45kg a week.) This will help ensure you that you are gaining mostly muscle. MOP |
