| Hey, I've been working out since March of 05 except for July I had to take off for surgery. I don't have much fat but, what I gained I got in my stomach after high school when my metabolism really slowed down. I know hard weight training is the best way to cut fat and since I've trying to build muscle too I'm killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I don't see any weight loss in my stomach though. I'm getting bigger but, no stomach loss. I'm eating more but, probably not as much as I should be to gain the most muscle after each workout. I'm taking Perfect Isopure Whey Protein, Perfect Amino Acid Complex, Green Tea Extract, and Creatine as supplements. What else can I do? |

| you gotta run man some serious cardio, best time to do it is when you wake up your body will use stored fat from previous days instead of food eaten that day, after run make sure you have a recovery meal high in protein to help not burn muscle. lol im in your same situation but im getting into it now, i got out of high school first year of college... metabolism went to shit, bad timing too because im drinkin heavy, lol good luck with everything. |
