| Just the regular dextrose whey for me, when I'm not on some stupid diet I had to try, but can't quit because I said I would give it at least a week and a half. :banghead: |

| I have the dame problem I ****ing hate dieting down.... I'll loose 10-15 lbs then say **** this slack off and gian it all back thne start again I should just by a damn lypo machine....lol |

| One thing in this business is to have dedication and some times a little motivation doesn't hurt either if u don't have that your not going to make it in this business (reach your goals) |

| Dunno why, but I love grapefruit PWO. It's not the best choice, because it's so low GI, but it tastes so good. :D |
