| ok im trying to bulk up and get a lot of mass and i was just wondering if i was eating enough..... i eat breakfast usually cereal cuz i always wake up and dont get time to make eggs if i do get up on time i make about 5 eggs 3 plain whites 2 whole ((630)) then 1st period in school i eat ((810)) usually a protein bar cuz its the easiest 3rd period lunch-usually like chicken wrapped in like this healthy flat bread((10:17)) 5th-another protein bar((12:21)) 7th-protein bar((2:25)) then i eat sumthing before i workout like rice((430)) sumthing after i workout ((dinner but i keep it simple)) and i drink lots of milk at lunch i usually have 3 or 4 cartons and throughout the day i prolly drink 3/4 of a gallon to a gallon -----should i be eating something else in between periods or is the protein bar good enuff?? |

| HI DUDE. I THINK YOU HAVING TO MUCH PROTEIN IN THERE. AS A TRAINER, TO MUCH PROTEIN, WILL INCREASE YOUR BODY FAT. SPLIT YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE IN TO HALF. YOU NEED 55% TO 60% CARBS AND 25% TO 30% OF FATS AND 10% TO 15% PROTEIN. IF YOU DO NOT TRAIN AT ALL, HAVE 0.75 GRAM PER KILO GRAM OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT. FOR ATHELTES 1.2 GRAMS UP TO 7 GRAMS FOR BODYBUILDERS AND ADVANCED ATHELETS. IF YOU ONLY EXERCISE ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK, YOU HAVE 0.8 GRAMS TO 1 GRAM PER KILO GRAM OF YOU BODY WEIGHT. CARBS, AS I SAID 55% TO 60% THAT'S TO KEEP YOU HEALTHY, BUT IF YOU TRAIN YOU NEED MORE THAN THAT, EXAMPLE 55 GRAMS TO 75 GRAMS PER KILO GRAM OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT. 75 GRAMS USUALY FOR ADVANCE ATHELETS. FOR FATS, TO LOSS WEIGHT, TRY TO KEEP YOUR FATS INTAKE TO 30 TO 40 GRAMS ( HEALTHY FATS IF POSSIBLE). TRY TO BALANCE EVERY THING, EAT LOTS OF CARBS FOR ENERGY AND ALSO IT'S FUEL FOR THE BRAIN, ALSO THE BRAIN ONLY FEEDS ON CARBS. AND MAINTAIN PROTEIN INTAKE AS I SAID ABOVE. THE SAME WITH FATS. | bro I think your ratios are really outta wack there 10- 15% protien bro come on they others are messed too IMO. and BTW it's not jusrt excess protien that makes u fat anytihng in excess will make you fat carbs do it too and so will fats. fat lods comes down to 1 thing and onle thing only. You must burn more calories than you consume. if your doing that you will lbe sucessfull. |
