I have this problem now that I'm off of my cycle I want to slowly lean up until my next cycle. Below is a list of my average daily diet somethings vary but other things constant.

6:45-7:30 3 whole eggs/ 6 egg white

9-10 Protein shake

12 two cans of tuna or two chiken breast or some lean meat. With some 1cup rice, or potatos I eat it with butter or salad dressing

2-3 another can of tuna, a bag of those little carrots, and a granola bar

4-5 protein shake

6-7 two chicken breast or some lean meat like fish, with rice, or potatos, and salad with dressing(ranch with bacos)mmmm

A lot of the foods I eat are those prepackage rices or au gratin potatos, or pasta.

well you could cut back on the whole eggs.

ditch the butter and salade dressing and the Beacon...lol

I don;t rember if the prepagaed stuff is high in fat... I'm will ot bet the au gratin is
though. but they probaby have laot of sodium in them.

but ot be honest it's not always how much fat your eat but what knidda fat your eating... you want to get EFA's as much as possiable

Yes flax is a EFA.... what i'm saying is replace you "bad" fats with healthy ones... your not really eating alot of fat

good advice! EFA's are ...well, essential for so many functions that we desire as athletes and bodybuilders. i agree, replace the "bad" fats with EFA's. omega's and such... solid advice, smallguy. and js, i'm sure you'll be ripped as a mo fo' before long, bro. ! :D

There are good fats? I thought that there are only bad fats. They add more weight to u.
So what do good fats do? do they add mass and make u fat or something else?

Good fats assist in essential life functions. Also, they aid in burning body fat. You need your fats.
