| hey im about 5'8-5'9 and i weigh about 150-155..and for some reason im not gaining anymore weight...ive been taking "GNC Mega Whey" lately and have made my workouts more intense...but for some reason it seems im not gaining anymore weight can anyone fill me in? my diet is usually eating a foot long, chicken terrayki sandwhich from subway about everyday, peanut butter sandwiches for a snack, whatever my mom makes for dinner, and like cereal for breakfast..so i mean should i just eat MORE...or...get a differrent whey supplement??? |

| living at home can make things difficult to eat more. My suggestion is to start making things on your own if you can. Eggs are pretty cheap and they are good source of protein. Bananas are dirt cheap and are a good source of carbs for gaining weight. Raisins, cans of tuna, 100% whole wheat bread and make peanut butter and honey sandwiches. They got alot of college athletes through college. LOL |

| Yea I've been eating Beef Jerky, tuna, chicken, whole wheat bread, nuts, dymatize mega gainer, oatmeal!, peanut butter, zone bars, and broccli....for the last 6 months. coarse i switch it up but thats pretty much it! oh and you should eat more...6000calories |
