| Anyhow, here's the deal... I'm coming off of my first mass cycle of t400 and deca of ten weeks. Currently, I'm on PCT but I have noticed some water retention among other things. Point being I'm trying to maintian what muscle I have gained but I would like to be somewhat lean prior to the start of my next cycle. So, will anyone be so kind to explain to me the idea behind the 40/40/20 diet, or does anyone have any other ideas behind dieting? H. |
