Hi guys i'm new on here, my names Lewis, pleasure to be here. My questions right now are in reference to this diet i'm about to start.

Just wanted to check up on this real quick, when I buy protein I usually go for 100% whey from gnc, it's 20 grams per scoop. Usually, i'll make my shakes with 2 scoops, doubling it to 40. Now my question is, is this safe because one scoop has 70 mg of cholesterol, now i'm not a nutritionist, but I don't think even a bigmac has that much in it, so i'm not really sure if this is the right choice of protein anymore can someone tell me?

Also, I was going to purchase some meal replacement bars, to consume once a day. Now, the ones I like are myoplex deluxe, and things like detour, because they taste awesome. But I dunno because they seem to have alot of sugar. What meal replacement bars can you guys suggest to me?

My aim is to grow, I weight 148 pounds and my goal is 175-180.

That whey is fine, although, you could probably find it cheaper than GNC. I have seen mixed reviews on the protein bars, personally I like the Myoplex Deluxe, as well, and if you're wanting to grow just eat; eat a lot of protein. Hopefully, you're working out, too. Hook Em

yeah, definetly working out lol, but i'm planning a new routine, a much harder one. I'll probably ask some questions regarding that soon too, just gotta get some time in my hands to get on top of things.

But what about the excess cholesterol. Is it a problem?

no deffinatly not a problem u should worry about the cholestrol in food such as egg's it's so high in eggs that's why your only spose to eat like 3 whole eggs i use to eat 5-6 until my mom was like your blood pressure is going to be sky high and i was like yea rite...i stopped doing that after i looked at the nutrition label i was like woow that's a big number lol but that was back when i was a rookie....now i usually eat 3-4 on occasion with toast and jam and maybe throw in a apple
