is it Healthy? How much protein does it have and how many calieries?
I dont know much about these things.
And is it good to have that amout of calieries and proteins???

i am counting on my :2cents: to know this.

Also whats the difference beetween good and bad fats?? (In food)

well unfortunately watermelon isn't that great. Funny earlier I was looking at a GI scale and watermelon is the highest on the list, which basically means there's alot of sugar in it. I looked it up for you, 2 cups= 80 calories 27g of carbs (25g sugar 2g fiber), and 1g of protein. so I wouldn't say it was a bodybuilders food of choice.

As for good fats and bad fats what do you want to know? I am going to guess you know bad fats such as saturated fats or any most fats that are solid and room temperature i.e. cheese, bacon fat, etc. Good fats such as fish, nuts, avocados, seeds and, and fresh butter. Fats are required to transport some vitamins in the body. Basically almost all fats that are damaged by processing or high heat is a bad fat. Hope that helps a little be glad to help you more if I can.

cool. Firstly i need to get some more weight. Cause i am skinny and work out. Than i can get more kg and be bigger. Thanks for the reply. Now i will eat half a watermellon :).
The bad thing is that i hate fish.
And why is everything good bad for u? and bad taste is good for u? why does life have to be that hard??? oh why???!!

What about Nutri Grain Cereal and Wheet fruit Cereal?

Nutri Grain:
Energy: 673 kj. average quantity per serve with 1/2 cup skim milk
Protein: 11.2 g. average quantity per serve with 1/2 cup skim milk
Calcium: 239 mg. average quantity per serve with 1/2 cup skim milk
Iron: 3.1 mg. average quantity per serve with 1/2 cup skim milk


So is that good?

And i will write the info of Wheet fruit when i buy it.
