| hey im about 150 lbs and im tryin to put on a few more lbs this is my diet usually everday (around my college schedule) 1.cereal + wheat bread and peanut budder 2.subway footlong chicken terrayki or tuna 3.3 scrambled eggs 4.dinner at the cafe (chicken, pasta, steak etc.) 5.yogurt and peanut butter on wheat and i workout 5 times a week and usually drink whey after each workout |

| You could definately have 1-3 more meals in there.. Try getting some cottage cheese before bed..and some oats in the morning.. What does your training routine look like? i would say drink another whey be4 bed.. I have 3-4 a day...Get some egg whites i like egg beaters.... some turkey of any kind (breast) is my choice.. And also get some Turkey bacon..make some turkey bacon egg white sandwhiches... -Shutta |

| You are not getting near enough calories to grow. Add a couple shakes inbetween meals, or two solid meals w/500-700cal each. More protein too. |

| beer has tons of calories and like 1.9 grams of protein per can.... lolol thats the diet ive been on the weekends |
