| Hello everyone I just wanted to know a good diet I can use, I also have school from 8:00-4:00. So i need a good diet to fit in since schools in the way. Im around 5,8 120 pounds and 14 years old. I run 3 miles everyday (cross country), and around 3 times a week I lift weights. I kinda want a diet to gain some weight. My diet was like this 6:30 I eat (2) fruits and my vitamins. (11:05)Lunch time I eat School lunch depends... on what. After crosscountry pratice I eat 1 can of tuna 4 wheat bread, and a glass of milk (5:00). Then for dinner I eat what my mom cooks (8:00) (9-9:30) I sleep. I also have P.E. which we run a mile every 2-3 days a week. |

| yea bro if u wanna bulk up u need to eat way more food it's hard in between meals drink a protien shake try to eat like 5-6 times a day it's hard trust me i do it with school involved too. after lunch and before lunch drink a protein shake (in between classes eat a apple are something like that are if u can sneak it in class like i do).. to keep the matabolism burning and then at lunch eat w/e your so active and young just eat everything in site but make healthy choices.... remember after u eat wait an hour are so until u drink your protein shake and then another hour and half or 2 hours before your meal |

| Sounds like you need a crap load of cals. Eat as much as possible. Slam down the peanut butter and honey sanwiches and milk before bed too. If you have to, wake yourself up in the middle of the night to hit up some food. |

| Thats good adive..But just be sure its not a food that would take the body long to digest...Like pasta or something...dont eat that during the night or before bed.. Also..I like getting Protein Pudding....Made by Instone/Stallon...20g of quality pudding NO SUGAR..its actually pretty good..give it a try... -Shutta |

| eat everything in site but eat healthy tuna,breads,pasta,meats,fish everything try to restrict your carbs |

| What flavor did you have? the Choc. isnt all that good..but i find the banana pudding to be GREAT... |
