| Alright, im 6'6'', 270lbs. I just started getting into pumping some iron and am seeing descent results already. Problem is, I dont know what I should be considering as a diet, and what sort of suppliments and vitamins I should be taking. I need to drop some pounds. I have descent muscle, to much fat, but my biggest problem is puny forarms. So, can anyone suggest what sort of suppliments and vitamins I should be taking daily? What sort of diet I should be on to bulk up in muscle while burning the fat? And what sort of things I should be doing to help with my undersized forarms? |
