Ok, I was severly out of shape. over 300lbs, mostly fat, some muscle. I dropped weight down to 270. Felt good. Started pumping iron. Now the delimia. I want to build some serious muscle and cuts. Problem is, all the diets you guys talk about are to bulk up. Im already big. I need to lose weight, while gaining muscle. Any suggestions on a good daily diet? Fried eggs I can somewhat handle, scrambled I handel even better. Are they as good as fried eggs for protein? Boiled eggs are out of the question, when I eat them, I feel like throwing up all day long. Also, what kind of drinks should I consider? I drink a shit load of water already, problem is, I have to have somthing with taste every once in a while, this leads to pepsi, and the devil...mountain dew. What kind of juices and such should I be drinking, that wont kill me in calories or sugar's. And what about v8, that stuff worth takings tons of it in? Thanks for any help.

Loose the fried eggs, if you can't handle boiled eggs, you should probably stay away from them altogether. Stick to grapefruit juice, you can find some that doesn't have as much sugar as others, definitely stay away from your sodas. Try to eat several, smaller, meals throughout the day. Rule of thumb is protein, carb, and vegetables at least 3-4 times a day, with some sort of protein shake in between. I eat when i get up, then around 10am, then at noon, then 2 or 3, then at 6, lastly i'll have a shake around 8 or 9. Whenever i am hungry, i eat, but they are smaller portions when i am trying to either loose weight or maintain. Portions is the key and eating meals all day. My 2 cents. Hook Em

Goods advice, Body for life or ABSolution by Bills brother Shawn. I tried to loose fat and gain muscle but and failed. You just end up pushing and pulling at your body and get nowhere. Best bet is to try and hold on to you existing muscle ( lots of quality protein, 1.5 Grms per lb of BW ) and eat clean. Plenty of cardio. I tried power walking on my treadmill at 5 - 5.5 mph for an hour 4 times per week. I gradually reduced calories over the first 6 weeks, trained my whole body 3 days ( push, pull & legs routine ) at high intensity and got very good results. If you can muster the will power you won't look back man. Eggs: Try pancakes. Blend 8 whites, 1 yolk and some oats & bran. Fry in none stick pan or use some Olive.
