| ok ive started training for the airforce so i do alot of running and cardio but i was woundering wat kind of a diet i should lean towards. i dont have a very healthy one but im getting better |

| really doesn't matter bro, they are going to get you into shape when you go to basic. Just keep up your cardio and mix in push ups and sit ups |
