| i had 2 cups of oatmeals this morning, WOW it tastes so nasty! =[. So basically i added milk and hot water to cook it,..and i wasn't eating the regular flavored one, it was cinnamon bun. regular had 4 proteins and cinnanmon had 5, but the cinnamon had more carbs and fat. But anyways, it tastes so bad. Any advice on making it taste better? since i have to eat 2 cups every morning lol... |

| 2 cups of oatmeal is alot I normally do a little over 1 cup and I wiegh 240lbs...Add in some rasins and brown sugar or cinnamon suger that helps alot..I also use th old fashion oaltmeal takes a little onger to cook but I like it better and it has more fiber.. |

| First off I hate oatmeal but I agree with storm here old fashion cheaper and healthier at least last I checked. I add some dried cranberries and put milk on it. 2 cups is alot like he said I eat about a cup and my load of eggs in the morning. that's about all I can take. |
