| ok im 18 i weigh about 170 and around 12% body fat...on monday and thursday i do chest and arms...on tuesday and friday i do legs and back and shoulders and wednesday and saturday i do cardio and abs...my diet is pretty good i eat about 3-4 meals a day with some protein in between...my problem is im not gaining quite like i wanna be...i work hard and im pretty faithful to my diet...i use protein and this week i started taking creatine...so why arent i getting big and lean? could i be overtraining? if you guys have any tips on what i could do different to gain big lean muscle id greatly appreciate it...thanks in advance |

| its from the book The Body Sculpting Bible for Men...thats where my diet and workout comes from....post workout meal-creatine and protein drink, and an apple...12:00-chicken, steak or fish, rice, vegetables.....3:00 protein drink...6:00-chicken fish or steak, baked potatoe and vegetables...8:00-protein drink...this is week 1-2 and week 3-4 its the same except i eat at 530 and 730 then 930 a protein drink but my breakfast lunch and 3:00 is the same |
