| is this the training schedule your strength coach gives you? Your team does have a strength coach, right? Why do you have cardio down? I'd cut out the cardio; seems to me you would be getting enough cardio during practice. The best advice i can give you, having played Division 1 football myself, is to talk to your strength coach. Number 1 he knows what is best for you, especially during the season, also, he can recommend a diet for you in order to keep your current playing weight. Besides all of this, he has the best resources to get all of the drinks and foods that you need to tailor your diet.-Hook Em |
