whats better to put on mass whey protein or a weight gainer? and whats the difference?

WEIGHT GAINER has more carbs, fats, sometimes more protein. also it has alot of amino acids and sometimes includes creatine and glutamine. so i would go with the weight gainer.

Drink your gainers for the first couple of meals, and switch to a pure whey isolate for your last few meals. Drink a shake with every meal.

I have to stay away fromweight gainer b/c I'm a somewhat easy gainer, personally I think it's for hard gainers. IMO

If your a hardgainer then whey isolate as soon as u wake up in the morning and for pre/during and post workout drink weight gainer with milk before go to bed.

Weight gainers are for hard gainers (people with fast metabolisms). If your not a hardgainer, you dont deed the weight gainer. A good protein shake with a fw added calories would be best...something like Myoplex....350-400 calories along with high protein count.

I have a hard time gaining weight cause of School.
I cant eat much in the morning. (somehow i just cant at 7:20am)
I eat a bit in the morning then i go to school and i am starving :mad:
than at launch i eat a hotdog or a sausage roll or something else cause my school sucks. launch starts at 11:00am
then i come home at 3:40pm. and then i eat lots! LOL! :D

Now that the holidays are over and i started going to school i lost 1kg in 2 weeks!!!

Next year i am gonna finnish school.
School is the only thing thats waying me back.

never mixed whey with milk, whey comes from milk which causes it becomes less effective when put back into milk for a shake. Thats the exremely short easy to understand version of it. always drink your shakes with water.

I always drink my shakes with water just so I know exactly how much of all my macronutrients I'm getting each day. Mixing it with milk makes it really hard to calculate everything.

What do you measure your milk with a measuring glass? I don't want the hassle of doing that.
