No I haven't personally tried it. I have heard from people who have some said it worked but nothing spectacular. 2 others I have talked to one said it just was painful as shit and would swell up and never saw any results, and the other did some in his abdomon and developed lumps so he went to the doctor/ his friend, and he said they were cyst that he might have to have removed surgically. So it has some risk and from what I hear diet and working out would be a better option. just my 2 cents

Here is some advice.
The best way to get healthy + muscles is to do it manualy.
Dont take any crap. All it does is mess up your body.
Well u get muscles but it fck's up your inside health.
Like heart, laungs, and many more. Eaven your hormones.

What i do is eat healthy food and do some training.
Than i will live for a long time.

I say do it the hard way and when those reuslts stall add in and ECA stack
