| What's up guys, im new here. i am 20 years old and im looking for some advice. oh, and forgive me if i am in the wrong forum, this is my first post. okay so i wanna get ripped. but i am not tall, which sucks. i do work out a lot, so i have muscle, but im kinda stumped in the eating category. i want to lose my fat so i can see ALL my muscle. i have played hockey for 12 years so im not a fat ass.... i have taken creatine before, and now im on NO2.. its okay i guess... i just need some help w gettin rid of all the extra fat. if you have any ideas like other supplements, work out schedules, or what not, please let me know.. thanks guys |
