What's up guys, im new here. i am 20 years old and im looking for some advice. oh, and forgive me if i am in the wrong forum, this is my first post. okay so i wanna get ripped. but i am not tall, which sucks. i do work out a lot, so i have muscle, but im kinda stumped in the eating category. i want to lose my fat so i can see ALL my muscle. i have played hockey for 12 years so im not a fat ass.... i have taken creatine before, and now im on NO2.. its okay i guess... i just need some help w gettin rid of all the extra fat. if you have any ideas like other supplements, work out schedules, or what not, please let me know.. thanks guys

make sure you are doing cardio and burning more calories than you are taking in. Eat small meals throughout the day.
