| I am trying to get lean.. I eat chicken and tuna fish and egg whites.. I eat around 8-10 egg whites a day.. like 4-5 in the morning and 4-5 later on.... is cheese... a good source of protein... if so.. which ones are good... I read somewhere to keep it at a minimum.. how much and how often would that be.. I wish to lose weight.. but mainly lose body fat... thanks.. ebatz |

| chees has very little potien in it but quite a bit of fat.... you cna eat it occasionally but eat it early in your day |
