| Not sure if Im posting this in the right section or not, (mods please move if necessary) but i have a question about my body weight. I weigh myself on the same scale around the same time everyday. The problem is that my weight tends to fluctuate quite a bit. I typically weigh between 255 and 260. The funny thing is i'll weigh 256.2 lbs on monday, and 258.1 on tuesday and be back to 256.8 wednesday or thursday. I typically eat the same thing everyday. is this normal? Also the changes seem to come on days I do chest or legs. (I work those areas probably the hardest as they are my favorite) I always weigh myself unclothed and after my workout. thanks in advance |

| Do you weigh more a day or so after legs? Sh*t I do and I'm normally starving the next day and that night and right now. |

| My weight goes from 265lbs to 280lbs in a matter of a week. Nothing to worry about. It's normal. Most people don't realize how much they shit, sweat, and just lose heat energy (thermogenesis). These things make up alot of weight. Drinking water can add 5lbs to me in a day. I stopped taking off my wedding ring, because some mornings I wake up and can't get it on my finger. Nothing abnormal. Start weighing yourself once a week on Monday mornings, this is a good way to judge progress. |
