Hello I am new to the forum but have been working out for the past 10 years at an amateur level. I am 30 years old and currently weigh in a 197 lbs but I laid off of lifting for about 9 months and did cardio every now and then. Now my problem is that I gained lots of fat all over. My chest used to be rock hard and benched 300 now I can only do 255-260. And my waist went from a 36 to a BIG 39.5 inches. I have lost 8 lbs in the last month and I am still shy of meeting my goal of 189 lbs or what I would rather do is just get this damn fat off my waist and then I would be ok with my weight. I will not say what I do for my job but will tell yall that I get a PT test every 6 months and I just took one and was deemed overweight for their standards. Now my thing is I will probably be denied a big promotion if I do not get this fat off my waist quickly or lose 8 lbs within this next week. I know that it is impossible to lose an inch off my waist within the next week so I am left with losing 8 lbs within a week. I have some different approached I can take and need help on which one to take.

1. Natural way. Strict Diet and 5 day a week workout with weight training for 1 hour in the morning and then 1 hour of aerobics in the afternoon.

2. I will do all of the above but add some supplements. If I take this approach then I have many items to choose from that are in my closet now and would like to know if I should do any of them or maybe a combo of some sort.
I will list what I have on hand:
a. Instone products: "Leanfire" fat burner
" Forza-T" Testoterone Booster
b. 50 mg tablets of straight efedrin Arsan19 tablets left
c. Methyl Rage 180 capsules supposed to be a stimulant
but label says burns fat also
d. 1,4 Andro 90 capsules/200mg
The next ones are what I have aquired recently and need to know if they would be good to use now or wit till later.

a. 5ml Anabolico Metabolic injectable: Composition is methandrostenolone 250mg/boldenona 400mg
b. 10 ml of straight boldenone undeclynate from British Dragon
c. 10 ampules of 250 mg. of straight testoterone depo it also says testosteronum on the box and is injectable.

Can someone also advise me on how to cycle these last few items as I will be new to the AS stuff.

Sounds like your promotion is the most important thing...run, run, run. You know how it goes. Sounds like you are in the military,,,so you know what to do. Maybe join one of the remedial PT programs the commanders love so much. Get your promotion them hit the weights.

Clean up your diet and do more cardio. No need for supplements.

I will clean up my diet better. I have been on the ..hmmmm..maybe I shouldnt say it on this forum, But oh well..I have been on the South Beach Diet and that is how I began losing more weight so I will stay on that and get alot stricter to lose more. As far as the remedial goes..well I am on a way higher fitness levels than all those people. I have a high fitness or PT score and they would slow me down to do what they do. You are right about me knowing what to do. I just needed help on what else (extra) I might have to do. And well help with the supplements, but it seems like I do not need them and just need to go the old school way until I get where I need to be body fat wise, or weight wise. Well if anyone can chime in some more I will appreciate it and thanks all for the replies so far.

K, I was with 5th Force Recon out of Oki. There is one thing that you need to keep in mind when going for anything that requires extreme measures. Extreme Pain! I would say that if it's that important to you to make weight. Don't eat a thing for a week. U won't die, U will hurt, but u won't die. Run every morning till you get blisters or you pass out. And don't eat a thing. 3 galllons of water a day will go a long way, and the day before, u should feel like passing out. Seeing the little flashing stars even when standing there not doing anything is going to be part of the next few days for you. Make a mental friend and everytime you start to tell yourself you "can't do this" have that little buddy encourage you. Your mental friend is always positive, and never quits, even if you are a quitter, he will never quit. Even if that means death.

It sounds insane, and maybe it is, but realize that U are only human, but imaginary friends can be super human. Got me through it!

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!! I will be unhealthy but I can always recover and get right after the weigh in!! I will keep you informed!

Update: I have lost 5 lbs so far and a .5 inch off my waist. I have 2 more days to go to lose the last 3 lbs. I am dizzy as F*** and hungry but I gotta do what I gotta do.

keep at it, you'll get there. I know what you mean by dizzy, that's the worst part of it all, but if you can keep focus of where you want to be, you'll get there.

Well!!!! I made weight at 189lbs!!! It took me a couple days to recover and feel normal but its all good now. I will continue with my aerobics 30-45min but will now add the weights back in the afternoon. I will start using the stuff mentioned at the very top of this thread so if someone has a really good plan on cycling the "gear" then please let me know. I should have t aken a before photo to post later on but oh well I will take one now and hopefully post some good progress in the near future. I really do appreciate all the help and push from everyone!! LAters
