I am 6'1 185, bodyfat is around 12%. I keep a daily journal of the food I consume a day and my protein intake is on the average 220 grams.
I figured out how many calories is was taking in and it is only around 2300. I would like to gain some mass, how much should I try to increase the calorie intake to. Any help would be incredible, thanks in advance.

- Training Regime
- Diet to grow and get lean
- consistancy/long term goals

Try like 200-to 300 more every day
