Is Chinese Beef Fried RIce a good rice to eat for your diet to get protein and such or should it juse be white rice?

How about neither...fried rice has alot of fat in it and high in cals and white rice is starchy. Go for a brown rice or wild rice. Besides, wild rice is bangin'.

The beef is OK but like Shortz said,fried rice is not.
