I am beinging to get back into working out and want to start to eat healthy and have a good diet and nutrition to boost my overall look and help increase the effects of my body building.

MY STATS:
17 YRS OLD
5'7
152 LBS
Not sure about body fat but Im not fat by far just got a little chubbiness and pretty lean from there

If anoytne cane recommend what they diet/nutrition they follow or any good links to any?

You can start by eating healthy. Try for atleast 1g of protien per pound of body weight and if you are looking to put on mass, try to match that with carbs. Try to eat every 2-3 hours.

Do a search on the board. A few others and I have posted some good info. Lots of it too.

When you say 1g of protein per pund of bodyweight, you mean I should eat
150 g (150 lbs is my weight) of protein daily or per meal?

OMG no...that would be crazy. It's every day as a total. divide it up into 5-6 meals if you can. two protien shakes a day plus 3 other good meals with chicken, beef, fish or steak.
