| Does anyone have them days when your bulking and taking in alot of calories that you just feel like a beached whale at the end of the day???? Just wondering if this is normal. |

| Yeah but really only on days where I don't train hard. Mainly weekends. Which brings me to another question. When bulking, SHOULD I be consuming the same amount of calories on off days as I am on workout days? |
