I asked about this in another thread but thought I should just make my own thread about it if I want to get the answer faster soo...

When bulking, is it beneficial or detrimental to consume the same amount of calories and protein on off days as training days? Will it just turn to fat in the off days or will it all go to repairing my body?

Nah cuz I'm not taking anything right now. I want to bulk but I want to keep my BF at the same percent. I know it's incredibly hard, but it is possible with the right diet and amount of cardio.

Eat to gain bro it's not hard to lose it, with diet and cardio

DNP, t-3, and clen helps but doesn't do the work

thought about clen, but with my job i don't need the shaking

If I do that I first notice the gains in my gut and just get discouraged and quit bulking.

You may want to consider a different hobby

Or just take my time to bulk up by eating right instead of eating everything in sight. Thanks for your suggestion though.

I'm just trying to say that getting fat shouldn't be discouraging. I look at it as I"m doing things right. weight is so hard to put on that I'll take it any way I can get it and I hate to think I could be wasting gear and workouts

better safe then sorry! right TOM??

absolutely, why even risk not making as much gains as humanly possible when on cycle? unless your cutting for contest prep, I say eat everything in sight and try to get as close to 10k calories a day as humanly possible. That way you know your making all the gains you are entitled to.

I agree with that philosophy. Also I gotta say I was on bb.com and they hand out awards for people who come up with the best diet plans and the guy that won said "I dont take in extra protein cause you just end up peein it out" WTF? I lost all respect for that site right then. If youre peein protein, you better check into the hospital cause youre broken!

keep a healthy diet and eat a lot of food, it will help your muscles develope. Your muscles grow most through recovery

bb.com is way to marketed now. It used to be a great site, but anymore there is too much propaganda on the site leading misinformed kids to petty gains.

posted by Improvise
I can see that logic for someone who is on gear, but I am not on anything right now. Eating everything in sight would just make me fat.

if your trying to bulk for the love of god BULK WITH NO MERCY!!!

Youre gonna get a little thicker in the middle. How much depends on how clean you eat when bulking. If you wanna get bigger, youre gonna have to learn to deal with it.
