| add 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of hersheys cocoa to your oatmeal and it adds a great taste. i got so used to it that now it tastes like crap without it. |

| i used to use brown sugar in both cream of wheat and oatmeal but i cut down all unnecessary sugars. you might not like it if you like all the sugar. it just adds a healthy touch to it. i would love to go back to sugar. |

| brown sugar is some good carbs. i just put splenda in and maybe throw in a scoop of chocolate protein. like those muscle milk things |

| i think im using natures best or something like that. i cant follow all the bull that they talk about sweeteners. this one causes cancer and this one makes you grow an extra....................anyone know the truth about it? |

| Too much splenda makes your c*ck shrivel up and fall off. just ask cuts.:D Seriously though, i dont think theyve tied anything to splenda. |
