ok, i am new to the site... i know that the best way to lose bodyfat is to burn more calories then you are taking in... it's worked for me in the past, but then again i've always cut down on my calorie intake... I have gained alot of muscle mass and now i'm gonna parallel my workout with cardio to try and get my bodyfat levels down, but i don't want to drop my 2500 calorie intake... i weigh about 191 lbs, and i'm taking in about 150-180 grams of protein a day, so i'm thinking that will be good enough to keep the muscle gains... i'm just trying to figure out what type of cardio workout is going to be most efficient in working off the calorie level i'm taking in, anyone have any suggestions?

i really think you should up your protien intake to two grams per pound of body weight a day if you attempt to lower bodyfat

take the calories from fats first and then carbs and never from protein. If you are going into a calorie deficit increase your protein intake to 2gms/lb of bodyweight. This will ensure that you aren't losing any more muscle than you need to.

Start off with 20 minutes of cardio after your workouts for a couple weeks then move to 45 minutes of cardio either on your off days or at least 6 hours from your weigh training.

Good luck

yea, my resting is usually around 70-80... and i usually try to push myself to around 150 or 160 while working out... biggest thing is i've been trying to figure out what foods provide me with the highest protein, and as far as i know, tuna is the highest i can think of

steak, chicken....

yes. lean red meat, and boneless skinless chicken are staples in any high protein diet. also eggs are a good source. pretty much evreryone uses a protein supplement like whey to help get enough.
