I was just wondering what everyones opinion on these were. I want to start including some different carbs and wondered who likes what better.

i like wheat angle hair and spagetti type but the egg noodles i get taste like sandpaper. ramen are extremely high in sodium and calories. maybe as a treat.
at least you can live off them if your in a bind.
