a usually eat chicken 6 or 7 days a week but i have been getting some good tasting steaks and groud beef lately that i cant stop eating them. i love the taste of blood. i just plugged some info into a site and it says 617 calories in 8 oz of lean ground beef. thats 40% of my calories while cutting.

Wow, you drop down to 1500 cal when cutting. Thats pretty low. As far as the red meat, i eat a ton of venison but its super lean like chicken. Try some if you have the chance.

Yes in a way. Bodyfat is relative. If you put on weight and its all muscle, your bodyfat% drops.
