How important do you think it is to have the proper balance, percentage wish?
I average 36% protien, 39% carbs and 24% fat. I'm getting the right amount of cals.(for bulk) but just wondering if the balance mattered that much.

40/40/20 is a good place to start. I have learned what to eat and when to eat it without figuring out the macros though. Starches in the AM, lower GI in the afternoon and Very low GI in the early evening. The rest of the evening are vegies and may eat a grapefruit. Protein is a given in all meals. The grams of carbs I eat each meal slightly falls as the day goes on too, unless I work out late in the day.

i just eat everything. but i dont eat anything really high GI
