| yo is 40 40 20 grams or calories do u know waht im saying like is it 20 clas of fat for evry 40 of protien or is it grams of fat and grams of protien. i mean im not completely accurate with my diet know although i eat a shitload of food all ood lean and good fats. good carbs in every meal. |

| Percent of calories from each. you should get 20 percent of your calories from fat cause it has 9 cal per gram wheras carbs and prot have 4 cal per gram. That way you get = calories from all. 10g of fat = 90 calories. 23g prot =90calories |

| Just continue to eat good with lots of lean meats. You don't really need to jump into details if you aren't competing. |

| You'd be surprised how if you eat lots of lean meats and stay away from fast foods how your diet will naturally be around 40/40/20 without a conscious effort on your part. |
