yo is 40 40 20
grams or calories do u know waht im saying like is it

20 clas of fat for evry 40 of protien or is it grams of fat and grams of protien.
i mean im not completely accurate with my diet know although i eat a shitload of food all ood lean and good fats. good carbs in every meal.

Percent of calories from each. you should get 20 percent of your calories from fat cause it has 9 cal per gram wheras carbs and prot have 4 cal per gram. That way you get = calories from all. 10g of fat = 90 calories. 23g prot =90calories

Just continue to eat good with lots of lean meats. You don't really need to jump into details if you aren't competing.

You'd be surprised how if you eat lots of lean meats and stay away from fast foods how your diet will naturally be around 40/40/20 without a conscious effort on your part.
