i want to cut slowly...
to be completely honest.....heres what i eat.
sometimes i get lazy and have cereal for breakfast and then like an hour later i have a protein shake but thats only when i wake up late and theres no eggs.

but other then that heres what i have

6 whites 2 wholes 2 pieces of toast
2 cans of tuna
1-2 pb sandwiches
turkey sandwich
when i get home from school i have like these weight watchers meal high in protein
after w.o i have like 8 egg whites(( something high in protein and low in carbs))

every new lines a new day starting with monday

legs
off
chest cardio abs
back cardio
off
shoulders cardio abs
arms cardio

i try to do shorten how mnay days a week i workout....but i dont have enuff energy to do like chest and shoulders in the same day.

please tell me whats bad and what i should replace things with

What are your stats? do you gain fat easy or not?

umm well i guess u could say i gain it pretty easy im not exactly a mesomorph and not exactly a endomorph.....but i would lean more towards endo......

im 16......5 7 180 lotta fat 15-18%((bulked the wrong way)) anything else?

get a protein powder and drink 3 shakes a day in between meals. You can put them in your backpack, I did it when I was in high school. Other than that, your split and meals look good. Just need more protein. Stick to 1 bodypart per week for weight training.

ok so with my food i eat at school i should wash it down with protein or like this

eggs
protein
tuna
protein
pb sw
protein
and so on......

so that would mean im eating every period of school

or like eggs
2hrs later protein
2 hrs later tuna

im confused.....

so i should have like 2 rest days....and does it matter.....cuz sometimes shit comes up and i like cant lift that day so i just kinda push everything back a day.....or should it be more strict like legs on monday even if sumthing comes up?
