| Any use eating them? I usually just pack a cup or two of carrots and broccoli so I can eat during class. I've read conflicting reports on carrots and that they are actually not even a good veggie to eat. |

| quality carbs, high fiber, packed with antioxidants. eat them. I think they are one of the best tasting veggies out there anyways. If you like them eat them. insoulible fiber will help shuttle waste out of the body, I could go on on how good they are, but i dont need to, you know that they are good for you. |

| dont go over 10,000IU a day. If you take too much Vitamin A in supplements over a short period of time, you may get acute Vitamin A toxicity and experience symptoms such as: · Nausea or vomiting · Dizziness · Blurred vision · Loss of muscle coordination |

| 10000 iu is a lot of carrots or supplement. i take vitamin a but at like 3000 iu from supplements |
