| I've read through quite a few post and haven't seen anything on chips and salsa. I've read before that its a good snack but is it not for bodybuilding. I love that stuff and hope its still on the menu...lol |

| Chips arent on the menu if youre serious about this. They are high on the GI index meaning they will cause a big spike in your blood sugar when you eat them. This leads to fat storage. Eat salsa to your hearts desire though. Google Glycemic index and you will be able to find out whats low(under 55 is good) and what not. |

| lol im pretty sure no chips are gonna pass.... but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im on a meal plan and im aloud 4 bags of light/low fat popcorn a week, hahahaha |
