I've been working out for a while now and I've been trying to loose my gut, but I'm still trying to find a diet that will help me loose fat but also help me maintain my muscle mass as well. Any suggestions??

I'm sorry that no one has been able to answer your question yet. The best advice one can give you is that you first need to "clean up" your diet. This means cutting out all junk, sugar especially. Make sure your carbs are from whole grains, wild rice, yams, vegies and oatmeal. I also like to eat fish, egg whites with skim milk, nuts and steaks that I can easily cut the fat off of...you should get yourself a book from the American Heart Association. I have one and they have great low fat and low carb recipes in it.

The other component of loosing weight is to gain as much muscle as possible. I utilize workouts that employ as many compound movements as possible in the 8-10 rep range and try to keep my rest periods as short as possible, 30secs - 1 min. Keep it moving.
