alirte this is my new average duet and time schedual

6.00-8eggs 2 whole 6 whites/4 whole grain waffles sugar free syrup
9.00-breaded chicken i make from breast(bread curmbs and olive olil so good fats w chicken) briown rice about 60g
12.00- beef/steak whole wheat pasta/or whole grain wheat thins.
3.00-same as 9.00 breaded chicken w brown rice meals.
6.15-my 700 cal gainer chake w 70% sugar carbs
gym at 5. prob
9.00- usually some carbs not really a meal i just eat a bunch of food.
i dony know if eating that late is bad??
with my meals from 9 am - 9pm except the shake i eat like broccli/turnip/tomatoes/greenbeans
!!!!!any advice!!!!

looks kinda like what i eat. i always throw in peanuts, beef jerky, and yogurt everyday or whatever else comes in my path. looks good to me

looks ok what to do weigh amnd how many calories are u consuming each day??

Looks good. Throw another meal in there if your havin trouble gaining.
