| vitamin b-12 and b-6 took a pill of each every day and it help me with energy alot but it took a couple of days till it started working |

| Inositol, taurine...i worked at GNC and all the mexican drug dealers would come in and buy inositol to cut their coke with. and its in all the energy drinks so it must be good!! |

| I dont know if id want to take one. After 12 hours im ready to start settling down and realxing. I get up at 8 usually and I wouldnt be lookin for a pick me up at 8pm. Wht time do you go to bed? |

| Do not take inisotol it wil make you head to the bathroom..In very samll doses it is fine and has some good benafits but energy really isn't one of them god for your eyes,hair toher things in your body and it is also taken for constipation so you get the pic... |

| I dont believe in it, but everbody says ginseng will perk you up after about 1 or 2 weeks of constant use, look it up. Plus by that time (4am to 3pm), you've been awake almost 12 hours, you should be in bed after 16-18 to give your muscles adequate rest. Stimulants close to bed time mess with your circadian rythem, and you dont rest as well. Just have a nice cold apple, and some protein |
