| im 19 217lbs im prob not above 23% bf im trying to cut to about 10% just to see waht works for me cutting wise i was gonna do a slow calorie decrese down like this please comment on if i should try somethign else or do this differently i currentl eat about 3400 cals im gonna drop it 1st week 3000 2nd week 2600 3rd week 2400 4th week 2000 5th week 1800 6thweek 1400 7th week 1200 8th week 1000 then 9th week low water intake with a scoop of prot in baby food jars 4 x a day ill still be working out 6x a week hard. please tell me if im way off or just plain retarded |

| bump storm. why dont you do cardio? calories are the last thing you cut. i would start doing cardio and follow a strict diet so you know what to change. if your losing weight doing cardio then dont touch the 3400cals. but if you arent losing weight then ajust to 3000cals and so on. like i said before, cut calories last. and 1,000 calories? thats starving yourself bro |

| i wouldnt be doing extreme cutting, just make sure that you burn more calories than you take in if you want to lose that weight. |
