| Anyhow, I need to put something together. I will be running some gh here coming up and would like some ideas about cycles. My diet has got me down to 200ish 12%. Now I'm looking to get sub 10 because I plan to possibly do a competition in a few months like August. Anyhow, this is what my diet looks like. 7-8 am Eggs 1 whole, 4 egg whites cooked in 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil 9-10 about a cup of oatmeal and a large glass of milk 11-1pm 2 chicken breasts and a half cup of some sort of rice/ 1 large can of tuna/ 2-3 a protein shake with milf I mean milk 5-6 1 chicken breast and a half cup of rice cooked in flaxseed oil 7-8 1 glass of milk Anyhow, have at it. |
