this mourning i got up and ate a huge bowl of creme of wheat so smooth going down so good...and there is the oatmeal when it comes to taste creme of wheat is so much more better oatmeal is a lil bit more difficult to get down.
according to my calcus oatmeal is more better for and has more protein there both good for u but creme of wheat has less protein but is still acceptable with my diet

Oatmeal is the shit. Throw a little bit of dextrose and raisins in it.
