Well I can answer the last question for you. If you have a Costco membership. I would get one called "Prorated" for 24 bucks (6lbs) its over by the vitamin area. I think they only carry vanilla. what you can also do is buy some of thier frozen stawberries ($6), some of the "Naked" orange juice ($6) and make your self a smoothie every morning. ( 1 cup of OJ, 3-4strawberries, 2 scoops of whey) it is delish! I love costco!

well its going to be a few more calories to lose, but if you want to add muscle the extra protein shouldnt hurt your weight loss at all

Water Instead Of Skim???

Yes, for before and after workouts for quick absorption. milk slows the absorption down so its good to mix with before bed. That smoothie sounds good but its alot of extra calories.

What Brand Do You Go With???

I use the walmart stuff. Its $12 for 2 lbs. The costco sounds like a better deal if you got one around which I dont. also sams club im sure has a better deal if you have on of those.

Are They All Pretty Much The Same??? Should I Just Look For A Good Protein Count??? Brands Really Dont Matter???
posted by estray
Pretty much. they will vary 3-4g per serving in protein. Low as 20g high as 24g what ive seen. The walmart stuff doesnt have very many amino acids whereas the optimum nutrition is loaded with em but generally the ones higher in protein cost more. Imo, go with the cheapest if youre gonna be using a lot of it.
